Ok I had this really strange dream about a year back. I can only remember about a third of it though.
All I really remember is that I went down into our basement and there was a statue of a giraffe that I had never seen there before but I thought I had just never paid any attention to it before. Then I went into the laundry room and started a load of wash. Then when I turned around there was a man standing in the doorway and he said something that i forget what it was but all i remember is the word "horrificore" and then the giraffe statue come to life and attacked me. and that's all i remember.
any explainations?

giraffe - giraffe means that you are unsure of something in your life, you need to take a step back and look at the whole picture and where you are wanting to go. Its mearly a pointer that you need to decide your actions to get to your main goal.
However, giraffe could mean the total opposite, the long neck symbolises that you are butting into others affairs unless you are invited or a warning that you are stretching the truth.
However, the fact that the giraffe attacked you - the thought of an animal attacking you means you have to be wary of those around you. usually we symbolise animals with those around us who are similar - sounds like a strange one but i.e someone in your life is rather snappy - you can associate with a crocodile etc. Usually the one you must be cautious about is the one whom shares or exhibits the same sorts of qualities as the animal which is attacking you - in this case a giraffe.
stranger - this is the only thing i can think which could associate with the guy in your dream - i guess you do not know who he is, a stranger who you do not know in your dream is a symbol that you are repressing something or hiding it away. there is another another meaning where the stranger could be giving you some helpful advise or an insight but the fact that the word "horrorcore" appears sounds like it is more the negative.
the word, i have no idea, at times we just latch onto words which we remember.
The statue part is mearly your mind trying to say - dont be daft lol - to see somone you know as a statue means that there is a lack of communication or could be someone you admire or worship.
however, seeing a giraffe in your basement is a ridiculous thought (IRL i mean lo) so your mind is tryind to put it into an event which could be possible - however, i doubt that that statues would come alive and attack you IRL lol. Because your dream is rather creepy, we normally associate a place which seems eerie and if you watch a lot of horror movies, a lot of the happenings happen in the basement - dark, damp and shaddowy!

I really thought that dream sounded completely random, but metalcherry seems to be able to make sense of most of our dreams |

Thanks for the interpretation metalcherry. And sorry i haven't been active. I lost the link to the site. and i just had that same dream again yesterday. And just a note... I had both dreams while i was sick if that explains any.
