I wake up in the middle of the night not nowing where i am. I no i have had a bad night terror but im not sure what it was about and cant remember anything. I have recently moved to Dubai for my dads work. Maybe because of this i have these dreams?

No one can really remember their dreams, let alone their nightmares. The stress from this moving around could've gotten to your brain subconsciously and cause those dreams or night terrors of yours to occur. It doesn't really mean anything, just that you should relax.

If you didnt have the dreams before moving ide say this is what is causing it maybe. they will probably go away once you have settled in.
