Hello All-
I am writing in hopes of getting the word out about a documentary I am working on. I am writing this with complete respect and in hopes that you might be interested or at least help pass the word on about our casting to anyone who might be eager to share the truth and dispel common misconceptions about the modern vampire. It is important to note that this is a brand new project and we are not affiliated with any other documentary or TV program that may have contacted you in the past. Here is our casting notice to better explain what we are looking for.
Do you consider yourself a true vampire? Do you believe you are misunderstood and misrepresented in society because of all the misinformation about vampires? Then MTV wants to hear from you for a new documentary that will give viewers an inside look at the life of a true modern-day vampire. If you appear to be between the ages of 18-28, are truly a vampire and would like to share your story, MTV wants to hear from you. Email us at truevampire@mtv.com and tell us as much about your lifestyle as possible. Also, please be sure to include your name, location, phone number and photo of yourself.
Our hope is to shed a little light on the often misunderstood vampire community through this documentary. it could be a great opportunity for anyone who is interested and we are hoping to accurately portray the vampire community with proper and true representatives. We are not looking in any way for anything to do
with the pop-culture misconceptions of vampires. It is important to note that the reason you must appear between the ages of 18-28 is in order to appeal to the MTV audience so they can relate. We do realize that the majority of the vampire community is over this age, but we would hope that there are some vampires who can accurtely represent the community within this age range.
