this beautiful house is centre of a haunting claim to the point where no one will purchase it and that the houses price has dropped dramatically.
This beautiful Trent home with 17 rooms, gym and cinema worth £3.5m is having such a difficult time to sell.
the family moved in in 2007 and during that time they have had:=
Day of moving in - night time, they heard chapping followed by a voice saying "hello, who is there?" over and over again.
next experience, the wife went down at 5am to make her baby a bottle and saw one of her daughters sitting infront of the tv.
she called her name but the daughter never moved. She went upstairs to give the baby the bottle and saw the daughter who she thought was sitting downstairs asleep upstairs.
The last straw was when they saw blood dots appearing across their babys clothing and quilt.
