I have a tv in my room and when i do have it on, every morning at around 3 Am it whites out for a few seconds. I thought it may be our tv but we recently purchased a new one and it still does it! Its not a power problem as everything else works fine eg: clocks and other tv's! Any rational ideas?

That's a bit weird - especially if it's happen with 2 TVs. Maybe it's that particular plug socket? Have you tried plugging something else into - like a lamp and then see if it gets turned off at 3am?
Or maybe you've got a house guest!

I have other things running of the same socket which don't seem to be affected!

Does anything else happen? Does the temperature drop or anything?

Not that i know of! Maybe it's a glitch in the system and i will be sucked into the matrix lol.
