Obviously, the first one's a fake. I've seen that girl's face in when she is alive, and in fact it looks exactly like a friend of mine, Heather. I don't think it would be the same girl, but I know I've seen that face before somewhere as a normal human, not as a ghost. And it's too bright. Appears more than likely PhotoShop than actual shooting.
The second one, I'm on the fence as to whether to say it's fake or real. It could be real, but it could also be fake.
I think the third one would be real. It's most likely that there was actually a ghost caught on film in this scene.

That's the problem with software like PhotoShop, it's just too easy to create your own Ghost Photos. Any or all of these photos could be fake.

It's been easier ever since the cloning and transparency features were put into PhotoShop. The only proof you could ever get would be if you were there yourself. There are pictures in where a ghost has been caught, literally, but then there are more fakes than those pictures.

The only proof you could ever get would be if you were there yourself. I guess it comes down to the idea that seeing is believing. Photographs can be doctored, but it's harder to disbelieve your own eyes.

I would have to say that the second one is kind of freaky but that the ghost looks like someone clean out of a movie. So that's possibly a fake.

The one that really stands out for me is the third one. If I was told that only one of those photos was the real deal then I'd bet on that one...

Experts can still tell the differences by, like audio and video tapes, dividing the layers within the photographs. But of course, those are like, professional experts, the kind that works for the government.

Experts can still tell the differences by, like audio and video tapes, dividing the layers within the photographs. But of course, those are like, professional experts, the kind that works for the government. I can understand how they could look at a video or audio file in that way, but I imagine that it would be far more difficult to decipher if a digital image if faked - especially if it was done well. With a digital image, such as a jpeg, most of the time the file is compressed so that it an be used outside of programs such as PhotoShop - so, for example, once the file is one layer it can then be used on the web... and once the file is one layer (unless the experts have the PhotoShop file or whatever that the jpeg was created from) I can't see how they would work out which parts were real and which parts were fake. The only process I could see them using would be to look out for bits that were done badly, or look for bits that just didn't fit. Technology may have taken away a lot of the world's mystery, but it also brings a whole new set of questions So, all my rambling aside, I don't see how an expert could easily dissect a good fake. If it is possible, I'd like to see how it's done.

I say they are all fakes. I reckon they are all transparent overlays.

They do seem fake to me. If even one of those pictures were real it would've been mentioned on television somewhere, or on the news over the Internet. I keep an eye out for those kinds of stuff, what with my uncle and I trying to manage a paranormal-investigation team...

Agreed all fakes. I think everybody here would say that?

Agreed all fakes. I think everybody here would say that? Yep. It's a shame though. I'd like to see a real one someday... but even if I did I don't think I'd believe it because of all fakes!
