Lots of people around here will talk about haunted houses, at every party all i hear is "dude i'm messed up, let's go to some haunted houses" I myself havn't ever experianced any ghosts so I can't say I believe.

It's amazing how many stories you hear when people get a few sherberts in them! Seems alcohol, parties and ghost stories were made for each other.

Local hauntings are the most entertaining, but unfortunately at times you would find they are not true when you go to look for yourself. They are sometimes just tales to spook the poor children into nightmares and fear for the rest of their lives, or just rumors to try and get attention. There are times when children and teenagers would dare each other to go into a house they think is haunted, and because of that belief alone they actually start seeing things because their mind is playing tricks on them. They could hear a loud noise and think it's someone upstairs when it's really just them stomping on the old floor below their feet. That's ironic, huh?

I don't know, i feel there are such occurances that are hard to explain. If a persons soul remains here for what ever reason, it's logical they would remain where they feel most comfortable, home. I liken this to the movie 'The Sixth Sense' where they feel they are still among us. Imagine how you would feel if a whole lot of strangers moved into your home!
